Place the original stickers in an envelope and mail to Lacrosse Bandits, P.O. Box 1058, Bensenville, IL 60106.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the returned envelope.
If you received a label via email. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lacrosse Bandits is not responsible for lost or damaged packages via mail.
Send pre-authorized returns to the address supplied by Lacrosse Bandits Representative.
